The idea of creating the Ecoestate Pavlovskaya sloboda community was inspired by local nature. The estate has been constructed on the edge of a forest, in a quiet place where birch and pine trees have grown freely for years. All the trees have been carefully preserved during construction. The total area of the Ecoestate community is 3 hectares. There are only six houses in the Ecoestate. The houses are made of pine log, which is known as an environment-friendly and solid material. The wooden structures «breathe», allowing a superior quality of indoor air to be maintained throughout the year. Each house occupies its own plot of land, the area of which varies between 0.27 and 0.36 hectares. Plots are separated from each other by a low hedge of green bushes. Near each house is a wooden garage for two cars. All the houses are equipped with central engineering systems: electricity, gas supply, waste-water, telephone cable. Furthermore, there is a boiler for the reserve gas heating system in each garage. With low-level energy consumption, it helps maintain a comfortable air temperature in the house, as well as providing fast water heating. Tennis players will be pleased to find a real clay court. Those who do not want to give up their BBQ parties for the winter will find a cosy cabin with an open fire in it. And there are year-round leisure and entertainment facilities for the kids in the well-equipped playground. Professional security guards provide round-the-clock protection of the territory.
