ECOESTATE PAVLOVSKAYA SLOBODA Welcome to the Ecoestate Pavlovskaya sloboda! This is the first luxury community in Russia built in accordance with the international trends towards green development. The philosophy of the Ecoestate is based upon four key elements of ecological living: ARCHITECTURE Acclaimed European architects and designers with excellent experience in designing country cottage settlements have been involved in the creation of the Ecoestate Pavlovskaya sloboda. The natural beauty and harmony of the site served as a source of inspiration and a guiding force for their designs. The Ecoestate became the unique opportunity to draw upon the synergy between green development, cutting-edge technology, and the power of design to guarantee the highest quality of life for its inhabitants. The design of log houses is a modern European style, yet at the same time it clearly reflects features of traditional Russian wooden architecture. LANDSCAPE The Ecoestate Pavlovskaya sloboda represents a new style of luxury country estate in step with top international trends and one that blends into the native landscape of the Moscow countryside. With the site plan thoroughly developed, it became possible to keep all the original pine and birch trees on the plot, while integrating six spacious log houses carefully into the existing landscape. MATERIALS Pine, stone, oak – only ecology-friendly, natural materials were used for the construction and decoration of the facades and interiors of the Ecoestate. The combination of natural forms, soft lines, warm colours and delicate shades creates a unique environment that has a positive effect on the health and wellbeing of those living in the house. INTERIORS The interior of each house will represent a unique project balancing innovative ideas and modern design with the charm of a classical countryside estate. All furnishings selected for the Ecoestate houses are genuine works of art. The living room in each house benefits from real wood-burning fireplaces finished with a natural, dark stone. |
