The Terra house represents a special series which has been created specially for the Ecoestate Pavlovskaya sloboda community. The unique attraction of this house is without a doubt its large hundred-metre terrace lining the building’s external wall. As well as serving as a boundary that protects the private life of householders, the terrace also offers a magnificent view over the Ecoestate. The terrace is likely to become the centre of life in the house, providing its residents with a variety of open-air leisure options “without leaving the house”: whether it be quietly reading a book alone in the shade on a hot summer’s day, or a cosy evening gathering lit by candles and accompanied by the whirring of crickets.
